Description of Work: They cleaned out the air ducts in my entire home (for 3 separate furnace systems), cleaned out my dryer vent, and also cleaned out my three outdoor air conditioning units. They were very professional and they also took time to explain what they were doing and gave me tips on how to maintain my system. I was very happy with their service and felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work they completed.

Description of Work: Service was fine, they were a little late, but called ahead and let me know. The high cost was startling to me. I figured that it would be a few hundred dollars, but it kept adding up. I would not use them again only because of the cost. I will shop around more next time.

There are other air duct cleaning companies, that would have charged you considerably more, for the same service we provided, based on the size of your home. Your home was very large with two FAU units and several air ducts. All our specials that we have on Angie's list, are detailed in what is included in the offer, as well as the price. And when jobs are scheduled, I go over the price and the details of the cleaning, before we come into your home. Our company features quality service, at fair prices with satisfaction guaranteed.

Unfortunately, the design of the register boot was a strange sharper than 90 degree angle and would not allow our system to get past it and into the actual air duct run. We tried our best, but wasn't going to be able to perform the job properly. This rarely happens, but when it does, we don't fake it. We let the customer know and sadly have to let the job go.

Description of Work: The service men arrived within the designated 2-hour window, and they called 15 minutes before they arrived, as I had requested. They cleaned my dryer vent using a long vacuum hose, going into the vent duct both from the outside vent opening and from the dryer hose connection to the wall behind the dryer. They were very efficient and professional, explaining their procedures and answering my questions. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: It did not go well. After purchasing the service the company got with me and said they would call me to schedule service. Over a week and NO CALL. If this is an indication of their service I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. Since I purchased the voucher through Angie's List I think it reflects badly on you.

I am sorry that we could not have performed the work as soon as you would have liked. 90% of the time, we can get a customer scheduled within a couple days after they purchase one of our specials. And almost 100% of the time, we are able to schedule the work in a time frame, to meet our customers schedule.

Description of Work: I had the smell of rat pee in my dryer. He cleared out the air duct which was full of leaves etc. and showed me how to keep the little monster out of there. Very efficient and helpful. No more bad smell!!!
