Description of Work: Very honest company. They came out to clean my air ducts, but due to the material the ducts were constructed of the technician advised not to clean them. The ducts are made of fiberglass and running a cleaning brush through the ducts would have been more harmful than just leaving them alone. Nice to deal with an honest company , they could have just taken my money, done a very cursory cleaning and left , but they didn't. Technician spent a lot of time inspecting and explaining why I shouldn't clean my air ducts. Thanks again and I have referred them to my neighbors for dryer duct vent cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned out a lot of pet hair and trash from the air ducts. Omg. It was gross. Would recommend if you buy a used home and they had pets.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were efficient. They seemed to be using mainly standard, non-professional home appliances to complete the job. Kind of made me think I should have just dome it myself. But they were polite and got the job done, so I have no complaints.

Description of Work: Two guys came to clean all of my A/C vents and furnace. Initially I was hesitant to have the work done due to the price of the work. But after seeing how filthy the furnace was and how clean it is now, I am glad I had it done. With a toddler at my house and a new baby coming, I definitely want to make sure the air in the house is clean. With 6 A/C vents and one furnace, it took the two technicians about 2 hours to complete the work. | |I do want to mention a couple of "comments". The technician did come a bit later than the estimated arrival time. As part of the Angies List deal, new air filter is included. Instead of changing the obvious filthy air filter automatically, I'm not sure why the technician still asked me if I want to replace it. However, overall, I'm pleased with the work that was performed.

Description of Work: No noticeable difference in air quality. A clean-out of the dryer was not done as promised. I believe this business is primarily used as a way to refer other construction business. In fact, I have been on a call list for every type of contractor since this "service." I suspect my name was sold to some list. I bought the snake oil, but you should NOT USE THIS COMPANY (or probably ANY duct cleaning service).

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer air duct and replaced new exhaust tubing. I initially went with this company because they confirmed the complete charge upfront and it wasn't conditioned upon the 'unknown' length of the ducting of the air duct, as I was running into with other companies. The firm quote and the fact that they showed up on time, were professional and pleasant - I would definitely use them again and recommend their service.

Description of Work: I was unaware the process involved, so I was surprised when they have to remove all the vents. They left a little debris and put one vent on the wrong wall, with the non matching paint. I would have supervised better. Also, they left off a panel on my heater. The Gas Co had to finish the job. |We tested the fan before they left, but not the heater.

Description of Work: Vacuumed my entire ventilation system: 13 air ducts, plus a dryer vent. (I used an Angie's List deal for 10 and payed a bit more for the extra ducts). My system was extremely dirty (it had been far too long since we'd had it cleaned), and they did an excellent job! They also arrived within the time frame |promised and left no mess behind! Based on other coupon offers I've seen for my area, they may have cost a bit more, but the quality of the work was definitely worth it, and I will use them again.
