Description of Work: Provider arrived on time and was very professional. Our home had a total of 16 ducts, so we were charged additional $25/duct (very reasonable) in excess of the included 10. | |The job took a little longer than anticipated due to half the ducts being returns which take longer to clean. | |Dryer duct cleaning was included in the package. The entire dryer, as well as the duct, was cleaned in excess of my expectations. | |The only complaint I had was there was quite a bit of dust/sandy material left on floors, counters, and shelves adjacent to the ducts that were cleaned. | |Overall we were very satisfied with the job and would hire this company in the future.

Description of Work: The ducts were cleaned but they ripped the paint off around nearly every duct and didn't inform us. They were unable to reattached one of the grates. They used some poor language even though our small children were home. Note: not sure of the exact date, it was a while ago but got tired of receiving the emails from Angie's list telling me to rate them.

Sorry that you had a bad experience in your home with the air duct cleaning. But this in not my company that did this work. In the case of the air vent registers; if there is ever an issue with their removal, (as far as paint coming off) we always inform the customer with the problem after THE VERY FIRST ONE. And then we leave it up to the customer if they wish us to continue. We never just rip them off and make a mess and not tell you. Sometimes the air vents are difficult to remove. But we always score around them with a sharp utility knife to aid in their removal and to minimize paint chipping. NONE of my technicians would ever use foul language in your home, even if you were a salted seaman. All of our technicians are professionals and would point out any issues or problems that they were having in your home.
