Description of Work: They came to clean the air ducts and the furnace. They never even went close to the furnace but said they cleaned it. Their machine made marks on my carpet and kitchen cabinet. It was an old machine and tube kept snapping out of the intake. I caught that twice while the guy had the other end of the tube in a duct abs was thinking he is cleaning that duct. So overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Description of Work: The company, the owner was good with scheduling. However, I think the subcontractors the company sent out where shady. They proceeded with extra work when I specifically requested that they tell me a quote before doing it then requested that we write them a personal check for the extra work because "the owner would charge us more and they were actually saving us money" I felt totally scammed and sorry that the owner was associated with the subcontractor because the owner sounded like an upstanding business man. They did do the work as agreed on the Angie's list deal.

Description of Work: The two guys that came out to the job were really great. Very professional, courteous and they worked very quickly. The whole house was done in a couple hours and they were able to come out on the weekend to accomadate my schedule. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We had them clean the heater ducts in a house that had previous mold issues. They did a thorough job and cleaned out a lot of brown stuff. We are very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Overall fine- however, the square footage was miscalculated and as a result we paid extra for approx 300-400 sq ft- in contacting Mark Dawson he said bid is based on approx sq ft and as a result gave me credit for 100 sq ft...

Description of Work: The owner's son came out and was truly amazing. Can't say enough great things about the professionalism, thoroughness, etc. He explained everything and went the extra mile in every way. His work was truly outstanding and I give him and the company the highest recommendation possible!!
