Description of Work: Showed up on time and got to work promptly. Cleaned all the air ducts leaving the house feeling and smelling so much fresher.

Description of Work: They were courteous,professional, and neat They did a thorough job, cleaning air ducts and clothes dryer vents. They even went the extra mile and replaced a dryer vent. They came during holiday season and worked with a minimum of disruption. We were pleased with the work and would use them again.

Description of Work: The team that Ed sent over was Charles and Jasmine. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Charles spent a lot of time cleaning out the dryer exhaust duct, and it was a real mess. Unbelievable amount of lint was removed. I'd say they went well above what was expected and would ask for them again. They also replaced all 11 air vent grills with new ones that I had purchased and, where needed, bent some of the louvers to provide better circulation.

Description of Work: Air Duct Professionals were running behind schedule but called to give me a heads up. They arrived promptly at the revised time. The had a 3 man team that was very efficient. They thoroughly cleaned out the clothes dryer lint trap area, vacuumed the vent ducting from the dryer as far as the hose would reach, and vacuumed the vent ducting at the exit port as far as the hose would reach. Everything went well and the dryer efficiency has been greatly improved.

They performed the services very well, making sure to protect the surfaces around which they worked. I appreciated their attitude of not wasting time. They did not try to sell me any additional services.

Description of Work: Cleaned 11-12 ducts, return, vacuumed out furnace and dryer vent. Set up and cleaned up neatly. Were courteous and professional. Would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: I wasn't present, but my wife said they were incredibly clean, efficient, polite, and professional. As far as the service goes, our A/C and Heat seems to be running much smoother now. I only give a 'B' on the price because while I really don't know what to compare them with, their price seems fair but perhaps maybe not an amazing deal.

Description of Work: We contracted for the air duct/dryer vent cleaning. We paid to have a second furnace second cleaned, as well as extra vents & we also purchased custom filters. Charles was very professional & we feel they did a great job!
