Description of Work: they came in to clean my ducts only to find out the ducts were falling apart, were crimped and insulation missing. They suggested a solution and I am very happy with what they did. My home temperature is much more consistent now. They were very polite, informative and worked like crazy until the job was done.

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer vents and replaced the tubing that extents from the dryer to the outside. | |We purchased an Angie's deal because our dryer was not completely drying the clothes. We suspected the dryer was not properly being vented. The technician arrived examined the dryer and vent and then told us we would have to replace the tubing that went from the dryer under the house to the outside. He said the cost of replacing the tubing was not included price of the Angie's Deal. We asked for a price and initially he said he would do it if we gave him a tip! We asked for a price again and he was hesitant to give us a price. Finally, after we started pressing him for a price, he obviously became a nervous and finally gave us a price. | |The dryer is working and being vented properly. We would not use this company again because it seems their technicians are trying to work on the side which does not seem right: the technician should be working for the company and not trying to find side jobs for themselves.

Our technicians do not ask for 'tips' to give an estimate nor do they 'work on the side' Your dryer duct run is under your home. It was badly kinked due to poor installation and was not up to code. The technician merely pointed that out. You wanted him to replace it, but we do not replace or install the main dryer duct run. We only clean dryer ducts. After your insisting we replace it, the technician called me and I told him to crawl under your home and try to straighten out the kink as best possible and then clean the duct, which he did. Now the dryer is working properly.
