Description of Work: The representative was punctual and took time to explain what he was doing. This was a very tricky job -- the dryer vent goes out on the 2nd story and for all I know hadn't been cleared in decades. He did a great job and now my clothes dry super quick and the air ducts are all clean. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had cleaned out our dryer vent (that vents up to our roof) ourselves and thought we did a good job. Our dryer would heat and spin the clothes but the clothes just weren't getting dry. I looked at what the replacement price would be for a new dryer and decided to first try having a professional clean the vent. I purchased the $159 special for Air Duct Professionals from Angies List. They came out and within a matter of minutes had blown out a significant amount of lint that we were unable to reach. They recommended we have someone relocate the dryer vent so it goes out the side of the garage instead of through the roof, which we are doing. In short, our dryer has been working perfectly ever since and I would hire Air Duct Professionals again should the same problem arise.
