I contacted Ed on Sunday and he called first thing on Monday. He promptly made a place in his schedule for me for Wednesday morning. The work was excellent, service A+, and in addition Ed managed to notice that I had been charged twice for the work. When he told me about the double charge, I immediately called Pay Pal. They were pretty incompetent and told me it would take up to 30 days to have a refund. When I reported this to Ed, he said he would take care of it and he did. I received my extra payment back in 2 working days. He and his son arrived on time and performed a very thorough job. Excellent work is good, but his honesty by phoning me about the double payment is a rarity.. As Ed said to me about his work ethic, "I can't not do a good job". The price was excellent also, a Big Deal from Angie's List at $249. You businessmen out there, more of you should be like Ed. I would highly recommend Air Duct Pros.

Charles and Alfred did a wonderful job. Their equipment is impressive and they knew exactly what they were doing. They connected their humongous vacuum into the ceiling and worked room by room with special equipment. They dug deep into the ducts and removed years of built up dust and debris. They even crawled into the attic and worked on the ducts from above when necessary. Throughout the morning they took the time to show me exactly how everything worked, and enthusiastically educated me on how to keep the ducts clean for the next five years. Clearly they take pride in their work. They even repaired broken ducts and left no traces of their visit. I've already told two neighbors about them and will definitely use them again.

Eddie gave me an estimate over the phone and came out with his son to assist. They were extremely professional, did the work requested, and seemed very knowledgeable. It took them longer than expected to do the job because we had two very clogged dryer vents that needed to be cleaned and Eddie had to determine which one would be most appropriate for our use. But he didn't charge any additional fee. We were very pleased with the service.

Nice guy. Calls back and shows up on time. Seems to know what he is talking about. Could be a tad cleaner but good overall experience and will use again.

He showed up a few minutes early, did what he said he would do, did a great job and charged what he quoted. No surprises, great work, would use again.

The service tech was prompt and professional. I was also concerned about the air ducts, which had been cleaned 2 years before by another company. He determined that I should wait at least two more years. He also told me what to watch for with the dryer vent so that I could get it cleaned when it needed it. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I have used. I would definitely use them again next time for both the dryer and the air ducts.

It went well. They cleaned the grills on all the air ducts and vacuumed out the ducts and furnace. They replaced the filters and disconnected a duct for the cold air return that was sucking in dirt from under the house. I was pleased with their work and the speed with which they did it. There were seven grills in all that they cleaned. They answered my questions clearly and cleaned up fairly well after.

The serviceman, Rick, was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough and neat. This company does exactly what they claim they do- disloging all the accumulated dust in the vents and suctioning it to an outside container.

Everything turned out well. They did a good job, and delivered as promised.

It was great. They were fast and efficient. Everything was fine. I would recommend them.

IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE. THEY WERE GOOD. THE OWNER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME OVER THE PHONE AND WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. WHEN THE GUYS GOT HERE, THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID. THEY WERE HERE FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM CLEANED BEFORE SO I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE IT TO, BUT I WAS HAPPY.
