They got someone out right away, they were on time, very nice and did a great job.

He finished the job neatly and did something extra along the way. Very satisfied.

My heating and air conditioning are working effectively, without kicking up my allergies. My dryer is working great again, I thought I was going to need a new appliance, but it was in need of cleaning out lint build-up.

They did a beautiful job and were thorough! The dirty vents were cleaned with an eye to detail. Highly recommend.

I have been doing some work on my house and I came to some issue with my HOA and so I haven't got that work done completed yet, I was gonna have them come in after the work was done so they could clean everything. They did call back to say when do I want to schedule I explained my situation that I was doing this work and they said okay fine and they'll just hang on to it.

It went wonderfully. Service was above and beyond. I can't thanks them enough for taking care of discovering the disconnected line. Tech and assistant went under the house to find it no small feat Very friendly and helpful.

Great. James came on time and went right to work. I offered to help moving dryer and/or washer to get to back of dryer where duct was, but he said he just needed to pull out the washer a bit, and then he would be able do the rest. My duct goes from the dryer (in the garage), under the house, to the outside, about 25ft. He started with the duct from the inside, then went outside to get the duct from the other end. His blower was able to both blow out and suck in the lint, and did a great job. He was efficieant, quick, and professional.

Great. They were fast and thorough...and very pleasant. I had movers in and out while they were working and the guys worked nicely around all of the commotion. Highly appreciated. :-)

They were okay. The whole concept of air duct cleaning is very nebulous and very difficult to determine how the job was done. It's something that is extremely difficult for me to judge.

Everything went well. They inspected all areas including up in the attic. It was really worth it as the house is 28 years old and I'm not sure this had ever been done before.

My installation was a little more complicated than I thought. Air Duct Professionals had to get additional materials from hardware store. The work was excellent (nicest dryer vent ever!). I am extremely satisfied with the work Air Duct Professionals did.

I think it worked out okay actually I don't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure we got the issue resolved. Because they said they were going to clean my entire system and then when I got there they cleaned everything but one of the major thing and they said in order to have the major thing cleaned I had to purchase a upgrade and we got into a little argument because I said that they were going to clean the entire system, just to be up front if there is an exclusion to the offer.
