+ -1 moreWe were under contract on a home purchase and the seller wouldn't have the chimney inspected for us as requested. During the home inspection it gave off a strong odor so for our peace of mind that we didn't we have any worries for our family I contacted Advanced Chimney. We only had one more day for our response and were so appreciative how Advanced Chimney so was responsive. I emailed a few companies my situation at approximately 10 PM, not only did they respond right away they were able to come out in between appointments due to my circumstance. Owner was friendly, performed work neatly and most importantly gave us peace of mind that the odor was just from years and years of not being cleaned. So happy with their service and promptness. I have already called them back out to clean my dryer vent.

Description of Work: They noticed my log starter was deteriorating so they offered to replace it and did so at my request. As part of my service they oiled the fireplace screen and made it work like new, which I did not expect. They performed an inspection of the fireplace and thoroughly explained everything to me. The service was performed in 2009 but I was unable to select that year on the form.

+ -1 moreWe had very good experience with them. It was very positive. It was very reasonable. They came right away and fixed it right away. They pointed out some issues we had to resolve. It was a very, very positive visit.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent! They were prompt. They didn't give me a four-hour window but they gave me a two-hour window. The gentleman called 30 minutes before he came and he showed up at the time he specified. They put booties on and cleaned everything. They went up on the roof and cleaned my chimney from the roof. He did an excellent job and he did it very quickly, too; it took him less than an hour. Since our chimney has not been cleaned for quite some time and was rather dirty, they charged me $150. I thought that for $150, it was well worth the value.
