Overall, I was glad I went with a local company rather than a "name brand". The owner is a maid on one of her teams, and takes a lot of pride on making sure the customer is happy. The level of detail and willingness to tailor the cleaning to my needs was overall, very much a satisfying experience. I would recommend ADM for numerous reasons, from cost to quality of work done.
