Description of Work: My computer was hacked and held ransom. My files were encoded and I couldn't open them. I had to pay money to get my files back. He said that wasn't true, that it was just some kid playing games with me. He said he killed the virus the kid installed and charged me $90. Turns out the ransom was true and I lost all my files, my calendar and all my emails.

He changed some of the settings on my computer, found and got rid of many viruses and malwares, and generally got my computer running like it should. It was a bit expensive, but he made my PC work again and he stayed about 1.5 hours. I would recommend him and will call him again.
Description of Work: My computer was very slow, sometimes not responding at all.

They also did this in 24 hrs, not the " we are too busy to work on your system drop it well get around to it an a week or so" as I have had told to me at several other local shops in the past.
Description of Work: reinstall operating system on two computers update both MOBO's drivers installed server access panel programs tweaked the systems other drivers
