 + -1 moreLoren not only cleaned our chimney but gave us a detailed consultation on possible fixes for our smoky fireplace. He was patient, informative and very polite.
Description of Work: Loren arrived promptly and proceeded with the work in a very professional manner. He answered all our questions about the problems we were experiencing with our fireplace insert and possible solutions to our problem of smoke coming back down the chimney. Then he cleaned the chimney with absolutely no mess left behind. He was in our home well over an hour and was very patient answering all of our questions and exploring possible fixes for the fireplace. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again!

 + -1 moreThey called me to say they were heading to my house so I could meet them there. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Price was very fair for the work performed. Need for new chimney cap was noted and discussed in detail w/out any pressure. I decided to replace the old cap.
Description of Work: Had my woodburning stove chimney pipe cleaned. they arrived on time, did an excellent job and pointed out some changes in the chimney cap that would eliminate future problems. We discussed the options thoroughly and i made the decision to authorize replacing the cap. They were very friendly, informative and fair. I would give them my highest recommendation.
