They worked long hours even weekend to get job done. It?s a wonderful fence fence on a sloped backyard they also cleaned up all the mess

We hired them to install a new driveway and pathway, and after doing the initial work up to re-bar installation, they have not returned to finish up with the concrete work. It has been more than six months. We have paid them most of the contract price but our driveway and pathway are completely unusable. And in the last few weeks, they have even stopped responding to our messages, e-mails and phone calls.

"Hi will, I know it was frustrating we didn?t complete this on your timeline. We tried our best to get there quick but I would like to add that this was a change order from what we were initially hired for which we completed in a timely manner. I did make it clear that we were stretched thin with our work already and squeezed you in our schedule because it was drainage work and the rains were coming. The driveway was a something we were suppose to get done quick and get back to our other jobs which were already scheduled (also drainage work with the rains coming) But it ended up being a bigger job after we demoed the existing driveway and un"

Very professional, they did an excellent job, and were willing to take payments (It was a big project) . I also appreciated that they understand the growth patterns of our hedge and trees and were able to recommend the best trimming options. additionally, they were Very helpful in getting us the best deal in disposing of the green waste! I am very glad that of the 3 estimates we got, we went with Green Sun.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
The job was assessed and quoted on sight. The job was started. The job was not finished. The job was requoted with new estimates based on misquoting site seen job originally. New timeframe was estimated. They did not charge for partial work done, they left old rake and broken chainsaw chain. I have emailed and texted quotes. I took Jrinda at his word. I needed at least some of the work done in order to start work on fences before bad weather. They never showed up again , no call, no text, no email. No integrity. Very disappointed.

"Hi Shelly, IÂ’m sorry you feel this way. We did a lot of work there and hauled off a trailer full of brush and didnÂ’t ask for any payment. I wanted to make it back but Unfortunately got very busy and when we initially quoted the job I didnÂ’t foresee all the trash and wood piles within the brush that made the job take a lot longer. I already had a lot of work scheduled and unfortunately couldnÂ’t make it back in the timing we spoke of. Sorry."
