He does superb quality work for a reasonable price! He offered several creative suggestions that improved the whole project while always being respectful on what we wanted.

Michael really listened to us and worked within our budget. This was a breath of fresh air after prior experiences. We are a busy family so having him show up on time with no project delays mattered. We want to use his company again.

Can highly recommend Michael Seyms. A true professional. Expert skills, great communication, and attention to detail. As this was a full bathroom remodel, Michael took the room down to the studs. Had great suggestions about placement of the walls and spaces for the tub and shower making the space more functional and aesthetically pleasing. The tiler installer did comment all the walls and surfaces were perfectly straight and smooth making his job so much easier. Michael kept the project on time and on budget. Great experience and would hire again without hesitation!

Michael completely remodeled our kitchen, living room, sitting, and dining room. Unfortunately, about a year after completion, our home burned completely in the Tubbs fire. Based on the outstanding work, Mike did during our remodel, I hired him to completely rebuild our 2500 square-foot home and 650 feet. guesthouse. I would not hesitate to hire Mike for any type of home remodel, complicated deck, work, or even a complete home build. Mike stayed on budget, did an exceptional job with these subs, and he and his crew became part of our family during the rebuild.

Michael Seyms has done several projects for us, and we have been very happy with the work each time. These include remodeling a bathroom, installing a sliding glass door in our family room, and re-doing our back deck and installing a stone pathway. He always arrives when he says he will, works a full day, and leaves the job site very clean. He has great ideas and a good eye for design, and this proved invaluable when he helped us plan our projects. His prices were fair and more than competitive. Several of our friends have used him. We have seen two custom homes that he built from scratch, and two of his kitchen remodels. We thought all of them were outstanding.
