Description of Work: I called and got a recording so I left a message. I never received a response. After 3 days, I called another company on the List. Is there a place on Angie's List that records this type of non-action? Because to me, failing to return a message is very poor customer service and one more thing I would take into consideration in choosing a service provider.

Description of Work: I called them to repair a whole house fan. Unfortunately, they do not do that type of repair but were very nice and suggested how I should proceed in my search. I then asked for a quote on a maintenance call for heating and air conditioning. Their quote seemed to be standard. It was $79.00 for one visit. 2 times a year, the visit was $179.00.
