I did call one handyman that I did find on Angie's List but he never showed up so I would grade him an F. He was supposed to be here on May 4 and he never came. He didn't even call.

Clint Patterson, was very professional and courteous. He responded promptly, checked with me on materials purchase before purchase and made recommendations to keep costs down. He completed the work in the promised time frame and was very clean in his work. The work was done to a high standard and I am extremely pleased with how the work was done and the finished results. I feel the cost stated, for materials and labor, was very fair. I would highly recommend Patterson's Handyman Services to anyone I know, that needs work done on their home or other property. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

He was very nice to deal with and took everything i said into consideration before doing the work. Everything turned out great and completed the job to perfection. I would highly recommend Clint to others

He does great work and I would love to recommend him. He is absolutely honest. He never charges me more than what it really costs and he is a good communicator. He understands what I want and delivers it in a timely fashion. He has also helped me with extras such as property management because I am a long distance landlord.

It did not come with a floor and he built that for me. He said it would take 2 days but he pushed himself to get it all done in 1 day and it was a heroic effort. He did an excellent job and I respect it. It was amazing work. It was $344 to erect and it was $350 for building materials and the floor.
