They did a great job, but I had to pay my GC for labor to take out the remaining parts of the roots & stumps

The estimator, Rafael, provided an estimate in February. Work was scheduled abut 2 months later in late March mostly because they were booked out for several weeks. I was given a window of time for the work the day before the scheduled appointment. The crew performed work as requested. The cuts were clean and appear to be healing well. The foreman asked to feedback to be sure everything we needed was accomplished. They pruned 2 trees for building clearance, lowered the crowns on 2 trees, lowered to height of 2 large bushes, and thinned the crown of one tree. They used a blower to clean the surfaces. They ground down the trimmed vegetation and hauled it away.

It went great! The pricing was amazing and the job was done fast and efficiently.

Raphael did not want to trim at this time as the tree is stressed, not from disease but from too little water. It could kill the tree. He said to call back in a year after watering it deeply 4-5 hours, with a drip hose, once a week for a year. He did not want to give me an estimate at this time.

It was pretty good. They already wrapped everything up and they charged me more with the unfinished service.

Excellent. The team arrived at 8:00am sharp and worked hard to remove these massive pine trees. 7 men, three large trucks , a chipper and a Dingo to get the work done effectively and efficiently. Couldn’t of asked for a better job and team to work on my property! The owner also was working and also making sure the job was done carefully to avoid any damage to our property, surrounding vegetation and neighbors properties.

Everything was done on time and well, and they added in some work not originally on the list.

I have received several estimates, and am deciding on who to hire. However, this company took an awful long time to respond to the inquiry, which lead me to look at other companies. They lost potential business by their lack of responsiveness.

I had seven trees removed and two trimmed. The crew arrived on-time and worked steadily until the work was completed. The area was cleaned and debris removed. Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. The crew did an outstanding and exceptional job!

It went very well, very professional and cleaned up well after project completion. I was very pleased with the service received and the price was very good. The only downside is that they booked 4 months out. Guess they are extremely busy.

This company is so busy it takes at least three months in advance to get an appointment. The estimator came out soon after the call for an appointment. He gave us a fair price. We made an appointment by phone and mentioned our 10% discount from Angies list. On the day of our scheduled appointment, the workers came, pruned the trees, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was handled very professionally.

Job got done quickly with a minimum of mess. Employee was polite and knowledgeable and explained the tree's overall condition. Very helpful.

They worked efficiently and safely cleaning up the material that had been identified in my written contract. They willingly answered my periodic questions. All of the work was completed and trash removed in a little over one hour.

I have a lot of trees on the property and have used Traverso Tree Service for a number of years. They are always very professional. They clean up and ask for a review of their work to make sure you are satisfied before they leave. I have always been satisfied and will continue to use them.

Traverso Tree Service was highly professional, punctual, and although not the cheapest bid we received, I felt very comfortable with how knowledgeable the estimator was and the advise he gave me about the other large trees on my property. We were not disappointed with the service. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly. The entire yard has been opened up by the thinning of the Cypress and the cabling will support it for years to come. All the dead wood that was removed makes me feel like the tree is breathing a sigh of relief. Thank you!

Just had Traverso's remove a birch tree and trim some of the trees and shrubs around our house. We were really impressed with the arborist who came out to give us an estimate. It was great having his professional advice about the health of our trees, in determining the work to be one. He advised us to wait until winter on our Black Pine. The workers were courteous and efficient, and the final cost was less than another estimate we were given. We will definitely use their services again!
