I had requested a discounted furnace tuneup and Mitchell, the technician, was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions clearly and doing the work quickly. What sold me on the annual Maintenance Plan was Livermore Service Champions' policy to include the "furnace tuneup" in the annual Maintenance Plan. Service Champions earns its Diamond Certification because their technicians are well trained and truly understand "Keep the customer happy!"

Professional, straight shooter, transparent, pleasant

Some how the wrong phone number was attached to our file and our appointment was cancelled. I called them to find out if the technician was on his way yet? That's when they told me that they received a call saying that we had cancelled. Well it was the wrong phone number. The technician came out the same day, but much later. He was very nice and professional. As a courtesy, they waived the service fee for this inconvenience.

Luis was great as a service tech and educator. Very patient and knowledgable. Going beyond expectations. Have confidence in the service and recommendations. Will tell my neighbors and friends.
