Mike was on time and completed the work very quickly. The best part is that you would never know he was here. Clean up afterward was excellent. Super polite, called back immediately, sent reminders about our appointments.

They came out twice, at no additional cost, after the first visit wasn't satisfying. They sent a different technician, a specialist, to clarify the previous technician's assessment. He also discovered more issues with our furnace and was more than helpful in taking his time to investigate the unit and answer any other questions.
