Richard returned my call within ten minutes of a message and then was at our home to inspect irrigation that afternoon!

We couldn't agree on a time so Bill came out and did a great job early in the morning . He came back at 4:30 for me to pay him. Incredibly honest and great work.

He had dug around the leaking area and checked the water meter and all sprinkler pipes. Robert was very professional and prompt. Will have him redo my sprinkler after I replant the area. He was right, I did have a main water pipe leak! Thanks Robert!

.He only seemed interested in adding us to his list of monthly billing customers as soon as possible instead of doing all of the work we requested. We made clear was our number one priority was the backyrad cleanup. Removal of Palm Frawns, weeds, new bark etc.... Not rocket science, just wanted to start with a clean slate His crew came out a week later, did basic lawn service and left. We called him about the yard cleanup project which he said would have to wait until they returned in two weeks because the bark he needed hadn't arrived and he would need additional crew. Two weeks later (now one full month) his crew came back as schedule. Mowed and edged the lawn and left. We called again and this time "he forgot and would do it next time". The yard cleanup project was a more lucrative endeavor for his company which usually is enough to motive most businesses to make suer things are done as requested. Our biggest priority was ignored and great companies make client's priorities their priorities.Even average companies will communicate with you and make Needless to say there was not a third "next time"

His prices are reasonable compared to what I have been paying. The quality is good.

I would refer them to anyone. Their price is reasonable.

I've been using them for several years. He's reliable, conscientious, does good follow if the workers don't do what I want he'll come out and rectify it, he is able to do extra work, generally he'll do what he says he's going to do, his prices are reasonable, and he is just a hard working job.
