Everything went exactly as the contract stated and as we were informed of the progress and next steps. QG&L has it together for customer service. They deliver exactly as they say they will. Although they are a little pricey, it was worth it. Our yard has character, and will be full of color when the plants / shrubs take hold and bloom. It took 3 days to install the artificial lawn and it looks beautiful. The entire job took almost 2 weeks. Steel boarders were used (not plastic) to separate lawn and new landscaping from the existing side yard. Once the plants were placed, the drip system went in, then the landscape fabric over that; the stone bark went on top of that. No weeds will grow here! Eddie kept in touch almost daily as to progress and next steps. We highly recommend Quality Garden & Landscaping! They are top notch.

Great and instant communication from the owner, Eddie, at all times which was very helpful. It is very stressful when you completely change the look of your yard that you have been used to for 40 years but Quality Landscape made us feel at ease about the whole transition and welcomed any ideas we had which they incorporated in the scheme beautifully. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional, competent and FAST! I couldn't believe the amount of work that was accomplished each day and alot of it was done 100+ heat the first week. When I asked for Eddie if they could come out look at the site and give me a true estimate, Eddie responded with the costs again and told me his schedule. Ultimately I ended the call saying that I am not going to beg for a service provider to give me an estimate for a job that could be between$10k & $15K! Terrible first impression; which might translate how this company treats their clients.

The service they provided was excellent. Chris pulled a weekend crew together to complete the work and I couldn't be happier with it. I get compliments almost daily and have given my friends QG&L business cards because they are interested in hiring QGL because of the spectacular job they did on my house I have maintenance service bi-weekly. The landscapers come to my house and mow, blow, weed pull, prune trees, clean up, fertilize and general maintenance. The crews are responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.

QGL has provided all of our landscape needs for the past 10 years. Their work is excellent. It is always done on schedule, and their employees are the best in the business!!

Its beautiful and the drip watering system is easy to use and effective/efficient. The original yard was removed and disposal handled by Quality. The yard transformation took place during the hottest days and we haven't lost one new plant with the terrific drip system that you can't even see. We only specified drought tolerant and left the plant selection up to Quality Landscaping. The combination and placement of the plants and 2 small trees is pleasant to look at, providing a great variety of types and colors. Quality Landscaping was wonderful to work with, very professional,efficient and quick. The whole transformation took only 3 days. We had the opportunity to become aware of Quality Landscaping when they were replacing our neighbours fence which we contributed in part for costs. That job too went fast and the fence is beautiful and well made despite the undulating grade. We highly recommend Quality Landscaping.

Eddie is great. We have a large property and we are terrible with plants. Eddie came out and really knew his stuff. He grew up around here so the challenges of our yard were easy for him. He suggested we start small with just clean up and maintenance and then in the future we can do projects in pieces. We are about to send a child to a very spendy private college so this was a great plan. Our yard looks great and I can't wait to get to a point where we can make actual changes. I really appreciate that he didn't push us to make expensive changes Other reviews pointed out QGL is expensive, they are. I got offered yard work at half the cost, but I am paying for their expertise. We have also had our gates replaced by them and they are perfect. Custom built just for my husband. I recommend QGL, in this case, you get what you pay for.

Price turned out to be more that we could spend

They were fast, professional, and did what they said they'd do. Communication was good; we also used a very reasonably priced designer that they recommended, and she worked with them to place the plants and ensure that things looked as they were intended to. We'll hire them again.

Everything went fine. The people showed up when they said they would and did the job well. There were no problems. I will use them again although they are not the least expensive around.

They did an excellent job. Highest quality! They were on time and they did what they said they would do. They were punctual and on budget. They did not try to up-sell. The front yard looks beautiful and we would highly recommend them.

The provider was prompt in scheduling a meeting to review the project from the outset. The bi-monthly service was prompt and efficient. The team that came out always performed great work.

Work was done as promised and on schedule. When unexpected issues have come up QGL is very quick to get over to the property and take care of the issue. Great communication throughout the project. I would definately use QGL again

All work was done as requested. it looks beautiful! I'm very satisfied! The men worked hard, even working through rain for most of the day, one day. They cleaned up the work areas completely at the end of each day. I never did see the owner, Eddie, on my property, but he had a boss giving the men all the directions, in Spanish. The results were just as I hoped they would be. I only have two negative comments. One is that it took Eddie at least a couple of weeks to set a date to start the work. I was left wondering what the schedule would be. But once they started, there weren't any delays. Secondly, the men were here all day and since they didn't bring any portable toilets with them, they urinated in our yard. I wasn't happy with that. On the other hand, they didn't ask to use the house bathroom and I didn't offer it to them. I guess I wished they brought their own portable toilets.

They were really overpriced and were not very responsive as far as coming out. I was ready to actually do the job but they were not very responsive as far as coming out and doing the job. Then I found someone who was really good. They wanted about $700 just to clean out a little yard. They were prompt and professional, but their price was too high. I called them and by the time he responded I had found someone else. Their office person was not too helpful and did not connect me with them. They do know what they are doing as far as landscaping.

The people came on time, did their work and left. They kept everything clean and tidy. They put up with my small dog who barked at them a lot. It was a good experience. They did what they said when they said they would do it and my yard looks good. We are having Eddie do a proposal for more of the yard and the fence. So, yes we will use them again. They are not the least expensive, but they do good work and are reliable and responsive.

They made they yard very presentable. They were done in less than 6 hours and right on time. This is the only landscaper who came on time to my appointment and I had 5 scheduled.

They did what I hired them to do. A lot of hard work that I couldn't have done myself. Eddie is very easy to work with, he's reasonable, and values customer satisfaction. The cost was a bit higher than other estimates, but I went with QGL because of Eddie's assurance that they'd get it done right... which they did.

The owner, Eddie Abrao quickly responded to my inquiry, and we set up appointment for him to come and give an estimate. We then set up an appointment for his crew to do the work via email. On the set day, Juan and his assistant actually arrived ahead of time. They immediately set about checking, repairing, upgrading and adding to my front and back yard sprinkler system. They were professional, efficient, and totally focused on their job. They were obviously very experienced, and completed the job in under 4 hours. I would strongly recommend this company, and Juan, in particular, to others.

We have been working with QGL for a few months now and have been very pleased with their level of professionalism and responsiveness. The crew comes to the house every 2 weeks and does a fantastic job keeping up with our large yard. They brought our grass back from the brink and it looks amazing now. Whenever I have had questions or concerns the response has been very quick and helpful. We are very happy with the results from QGL.

Eddie was the most responsive landscape contractor with whom we'd spoken. He gave us a quote, come to the house when scheduled, started and finished the work as promised. On one occasion, he was running late but called to let me know. We had at least 2 contractors that never showed up for an appointment. Probable another 2 or 3 who gave us a quote, then disappeared when we wanted to discuss starting the work. Everyone at QGL was great. The forman, Juan, had great ideas and understood what could and couldn't be done. Eddie listened to my desires and took charge to make sure that my needs fit with the overall execution. After years of being embarrased by our front yard, I am totally pleased. The process was painless, the service was professional, and the results are great!
