PROBLEM SOLVERS-HANDY MAN SVC

It was horrible. Basically, I was having 3 of them sound proof for a wall, and did not know how because they build it up and it was not sound proof, and come to find out, they just got to be pretending they know how. They do a lot more talking than they do working, they are very sociable. There were 3 of them that showed and should bring his son and did good work, but is not the knowledgeable one. And the dad, who is the owner of the handyman place, he does the majority of talking and he failed to show up but he showed up hours later when on the deadline, and when he finally got around to showing up, I fired them and did not let them come in because I could not stay with them for another day of talking. Once again, they did not sound proof the walls. I have to have them rip that again like somebody else. I did pay them $600 to be able to do what they were doing. How they built was they charged that by day, and I had a lot of projects on handyman services, they have a lot of projects that needed to be done. So, I am willing to pay, 2 or 3 people by the day, as long as they consistently work but they did not. They worked probably 2 and a half hours out of the entire day, locating who was working like when 2 people would not work and 1 person would work and he has his son even work. He and older gentleman that worked with him, the older gentleman will take to train, his son and his older gentleman working. He rarely work, he just look around, had some knowledge but not enough. He actually said he had more knowledge than what he had to be able to make the business offer which is sound proofing. And during all this, everybody was part of the house, just never got them. They put in it, got them 3 and a half hours to put on 3 door lock, and one of them upside down. One of them, needed help and it was an incredibly sad experience. They took off with one of my key door lock to have it rekey. Lot of projects, one of them was putting door locks, they tried some proofing for 3 walls, they failed to sound proof all free. And I have them with that again. They charged by the day, guaranteeing me 2 to 3 workers each day working from discipline which case only one of them at a time was working up to them in totality like if you count it up for hours and the day was only 6 hour day and it should have been 8 hour a day. They were hired basically they were there for one day. I was giving them an opportunity to prove there is still knowledge to do the work the next day. They work a lot to come pack it. This was a couple of months ago. They charged me for $600 for a day for several people. I gave them the $600 for the one day time, and their people should they pay for their work where I held back was his son is actually doing a lot of the work. I gave them the $600, when I saw them the next day, they showed up 3 hours later than what they were supposed to, leaving me hanging on the house waiting for them, when they find me under them it was okay for them to show up 3 hours later than what they are able to know what they grade upon. So, I did not allow them to come in, I told them they have to go home. They charged me $600 for one person working and they really knew what they are doing.

The service was great. He's a really nice person, very friendly and he did a good job. He's also conscientious.
