Description of Work: We remodeled and updated our living areas in our ranch style house (kitchen,family,dining,living rooms, and bath).

Description of Work: We contracted Jeff Northington to replace and change 2 bathrooms & a closet, replace a raised deck, and make other repairs. Inculdes: - moving or adding 4 walls of 1 bath and closet, w framing changes to walls & ceiling - adding a toilet closet - installing drywall and electrical wiring, outlets, & lights in 3 rooms - replacing a redesigned bath window, and adding a solar tube via the roof - plumbing changes, installing 2 tiled showers w glass doors, instaling 2 toilets, tile floors - installing vanity, cabinets, & mirrors in 2 bathrooms - replacing damaged raised deck & fences w Ipe Mahogoney deck & fences, including large glass panels instead of wood post railings - repairing dry rot to chimney area - installing hardwood floors matching floor in other areas - installing ceiling fan w light controlled by wall fixture - other electrical outlets This involved: - implementing designs & requirements of architect, engineer, & homeowner's association - using out of the ordinary fixtures - evaluating need for repairs, giving estimates, and repairing dry rot and other problems - installing items that we purchased from DirectBuy (an outlet store) - coordinating work w other contractors
