+ -1 moreEverything was done on the phone. I told them what I wanted. They delivered slabs, not doors. I told the installer that they were terrible and he said you're right. I called them and said that I had never seen a catalog but they were be the same as the other doors in the house. We found one door that wasn't the same but similar. They are terrible. I got a slab and a door for a lot of money.
Description of Work: They came out to install some doors for me.

+ -1 moreSince they never sent me a catalog I told them exactly what I wanted. When the doors arrive they were literally slabs. I said this to the installer who agreed with me. I paid for both doors and ordered a new one which I paid for. When the new door arrived I requested they take one of them back which they refused to do so. I had to demand that they take it back. They were incompetent and did poor work. They were difficult to communicate with and failed to return my phone calls. Unprofessional.
Description of Work: They installed two exterior doors for me.
