All went well.

Dave and his son, Alon, were fantastic. Immediate contact and was out to review the job two days later. Bid was received the next day and he was ready to work when I had the materials selected. They showed up on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up every evening. Communication was excellent. Our bathroom had some challenging plumbing and electrical and Dave made everything work. He and his son did a beautiful job of in-laying decorative tile into the tile around the tub/shower ? it turned out just beautiful! We will definitely use him when we do our master bathroom.

Dave Kenney was great in the ability to complete any type of work and to provide information and estimates. Dave worked with me in making sure I ordered the necessary materials so that the jobs could be completed in one day. The work turned out great and prices are reasonable. Dave is prompt with appointments and returning communication. I would definately use him again.

It couldn't have gone better. They arrived on time. I took him around and showed him room by room what was on my list. They got to work right away and I was amazed that he remembered pretty much everything I had mentioned from memory. They were respectful of my things and cleaned up after each task. They had all necessary tools etc. from a big truck that they arrived in. One thing that I was especially pleased with was that they remembered to close the door when entering and exiting which is really important to me as I have indoor pets. He gave me advice on a couple of the things that I was concerned about that were projects in themselves. There was a new hinge that I needed on a laundry box. He took off the old one for me to take to the store. I was really pleased that when I went to put the new one in, he had carefully left the old screws slightly screwed in their holes which certainly made it easier for me. I would definitely use Kenney Construction again for handyman tasks or for remodeling.

My husband said that they showed up right on time at 0800 per our agreement. He showed them what needed to be done and they got right to work . They were knowledgeable, competent and professional. They answered all my husbands questions to his satisfaction.

Dave emailed me his phone number after I bought the deal through Angie's list and I called him and set up an initial viewing and estimate of time. They showed up promptly and gave me some great suggestions and ideas. We then emailed back and forth to set up the date and time for the work to be done. They arrived early today and once I showed them what and where I wanted, they proceeded to level and build the foundation and set up the base per our agreement. They completed this early and still helped me move some bricks out of the garden also. I enjoyed working with Kenney Construction and shall definitely call on them again if I have some additional need for Handymen/Construction.

They did a very good job. They were on time, friendly and they did a professional job. We were very satisfied with what they did.

As stated above, we went with a different painter however will consider using them for construction.

Always came on time or early. He has a very reasonable price. He was great! Right before I moved, I needed him to something small, and he came over and did it for no charge! He was very accommodating!

We ultimately elected to do the deck work ourselves. However, Mr. Kenny was extremely prompt and professional in his approach that we were sorry to have not used his firm. He even encouraged us to consider alternative materials that would have reduced our cost (and his profit).
