+ -1 moreWow! Worst customer service EVER. I hardly every right reviews, but this was so bad, I had to leave a review. First, I tried to contacted them through their contact page on their Home Page, but never heard back. A couple weeks later, I called and left a message. And never heard back. And then I called 1 week later, and reached someone on the phone, and he sounded busy and asked I call back in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes, and things seemed to be going fine. But then all of sudden he asked if he could call me back. And he never called back. So I called back a couple hours later, and he never returned my call. Not sure if my order was " too small" after he heard my request, but totally unprofessional. If my order is too small, just say so. There is no shame in doing that. But being dishonest, and pretending to be busy and not calling back is just unprofessional. I decided to go to a competitor that was 30% more expensive with better customer service.

Description of Work: Delivered 20 cubic yds of mulch. Driver was very helpful in dropping it in a difficult location. Delivery cost was reasonable, nice mulch.
