+ -1 moreBecause the part needed to repair my broiler was different from what he had in stock and had to be ordered, it took 2 trips for the repair to be made.
Description of Work: Broiler element on my upper oven burnt out and needed to be replaced. Serviceman came out at the scheduled appointment time and determined that everything else was OK other than needing a new broiler element. The element that he had in stock did not fit and he ordered the needed part. When that part came in he called and we set a date for the part to be installed, on that morning he called and gave me an approximate time of his arrival. He arrived within the time frame that he said that he would and installed the new element.

+ -1 moreDid not agitate, drain or spin. Prompt Response. $100. to show up for estimate. Bad lid switch. $100. to fix including cost of part. Total $200.00 This was for a rental unit so time was important. Very punctual and competent. Not cheap but worth the price as past experience with appliance repair is far worse.
