+ 0 moreDave went above and beyond. He found the LED posts and railing and the install is beautiful. He cleaned up every day and made the experience more bearable. Remodeling can be a nightmare but this job went smoothly. It took a little longer because of city planning but I can't blame him for that.
Description of Work: Second story deck with wrap around stairs to lower level. We wanted specific railing with LED lighted posts.

+ 0 moreHe is awesome! He is prompt, fair with his prices and he is consciencious. His estimates were much lower than others and did a much better job. His quality was better than others I've used in the past. I plan to use him again soon to build a cabin from ground up.
Description of Work: They repaired my roof. They fixed water damage - replacing drywall and flooring. While he was doing that, he also put in 4 rooms of hardwood flooring.

Description of Work: He redid the roof and removed all the shingles. He re-papered everything and re-tiled it. He remodeled our entire upstairs. He Replaced toilets, ceramic tiles, baseboards, windows, stucco, vanity and fixed drywall holes.

+ -1 moreHe was very thoughtful and honest. He did exceptionally good work. He was meticulous almost a perfectionist. We were very happy with what he did. I would absolutely recommend him to others. He had excellent ideas.
Description of Work: He laid travertine tile, 500 feet. He redid my ceiling and put beams up. He also replaced the fireplace mantel with a log.
