 + -1 moreAfter struggling with fixing a leak coming out of the plumbing in the wall, I finally called the plumber. WOW! He was here first thing in the morning, fixed the problem and was very nice about "fixing" a do-it-yourselfer's problem. I'm about to tackle remodeling a bathroom, and will definitely call Jim to have the plumbing done....I can do the tile and the cabinets and some of the easier plumbing...but I'm calling the expert to do the REAL plumbing. Well worth the price for his expertise and professional demeanor!

 + -1 moreThey arrived on schedule and started working right away. There were 2 gentlemen both times - the same 2 guys and they are pleasant and clean cut. They did not smoke or swear or smell (that might sound weird but I have had guys show up to do work that I would not even let into the house) and just got right down to work finding the problem and fixing it quickly. They gave me options when there were options to fix the problem and took the time to discuss the pros and cons of what was needed and how much it would cost now and what we should do soon. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I have used Jim Allen for several plumbing needs including fixing our septic tank and finding a large water leak. They are always on time and do a great job.
