WASSON'S CLEANING & RESTORATION

The service provider arrived on time and went right to work setting up his equipment. He explained what he was doing and was very reassuring, even though we knew the dryer ducts were seriously clogged. He did a great job - leaving us with clean air ducts. And he was very pleasant to deal with.

They arrived within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time. When they came to the door they introduced themselves and I invited them in to count and examine the heater and duct work. After bringing their equipment in the house they did all the prep work of taking the registers down and setting up the heater. The suction machine was attached to the intake duct and all the registers were blocked with foam. The guy's were all very courteous and explained exactly what they were doing, answering all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. All the ducts were cleaned and a sealant mist was used to seal the interior of the ducting. The clean up was complete and everything left as clean or better than they found it. The whole thing only took about 2 and a half hours to complete and after using the heater this afternoon the air seems much cleaner and the heater is functioning perfectly. I would recommend Wasson for this job to anyone who needs their heater cleaned.

It took the carpet two days to dry and it did not smell good!

I have been a long time customer of Stanley Steamer but had been increasingly disappointed with both the carpet cleaning service and customer services. I had used Wasson for plumbing (I had excellent service) and was surprised to discover they did carpert and house cleaning. After speaking with Mr. Juan Carlos Sanchez I agreed to have my carpet cleaned. My first experience with Wasson was amazing. My carpets dried quickly, and all the spots removed even in the carpet along the baseboards were cleaned. I was happy, happy, and happy!!! None of that gummy feel left like I have experienced after some carpet cleaning service. I looked forward to a long relationship with Wasson. My second experience was a nightmare. In addition to carpet cleaning I decided to have Wasson clean my bathrooms and kitchen. First they canceled their appointment at the last minute and rescheduled for the next day. They were scheduled to arrive at 11; 00 AM to complete cleaning followed by carpet cleaning. They arrived at 2:00 PM without necessary staff. Around 4:30 several other guys came and left before 5:30 PM say that one of the guys had a party to go to for his children. I was disappointed with the carpet service; the carpet was soagy and took at least 14 hours to completely dry and I found cleaning rags in the bathroom. I called several times and even went into the office to complain but to date have had no response. Wasson advertising offers a 200% guarantee but provided no follow through. I am a loyal customer and committed to using local merchants. I am looking for dependable consistent service. Wasson is the reason that I joined Angie?s List ?. Help I need my carpet cleaned!!!!

Wasson's promotes routine air duct cleaning for health benefits, which is dubious, unless you live in a pig sty. There is no need for this service unless an animal crawls into your duct and dies. It's a scam. Also, their only positive online review (last time I looked) was by one of their own employees! Really pathetic.

I called Wasson's upon a sudden flood from an overflow in the master bath shower. The water was in 2 bedrooms, the main bath, and hall. The water ended up seeping under the floor in the last bedroom as well. All floors were ruined, the walls were wet up to 2 feet high. Wasson's got to the house within 3 hrs. (it was a Sat.) they came back several times to monitor the moisture. I got advice of what would likey happen next. The Gen Mgr did advise me to call my insurance company which I did on Monday.

Wasson's was dishonest. The estimator barely spoke English. We signed a contract to perform the cleaning. Afterwards, they showed us a dead hamster that they had removed, likely the source of the smell. They announced that that would cost us an additional $125. We said that was outrageous and would never have agreed to that, and had not signed a contract allowing them to add any additional services without permission. They stone-walled, demanded that we pay their additional service, and later blemished our credit rating. Our only recourse was to litigate, but they refused and bullied us through their ability to make unsubstantiated allegations that we had not fulfilled the contract, claiming we had verbally agreed to go outside the written contract (no initials, no addendum). Unprofessional and unethical.
