Sergio's Repairs General Contractor

Sergio and his crew did an outstanding job. Sergio is highly detail-oriented and makes you feel that you are part of the project by explaining in detail and with a number of photos the repairs required. His work is high quality and my house stands out now, with a beautiful paining job, a new patio and a drainage system. My experience in general with contractors has been stressful. Sergio made me feel at ease because of his dedication and conscientiousness. Three months have gone by and I am still very pleased with my experience and the quality of Sergio’s Repairs. I will not hesitate to hire him and his crew again.

I was lucky in that Sergio was already in Salinas and he came the same afternoon I called, then did the work the following afternoon. He was communicative, prompt, kind and did a good job. He does other works besides fences, and I would consider him for other jobs in the future. The other fence guy we had worked with in the past dropped off the face of the Earth, so thank you, Sergio!

Sergio and his crew did not disappoint. When work started they knew my parents were really anticipating the new bathroom and they worked hard to do it quickly without cutting corners. My Mother was impressed with how they would remove all their mess at the end of each day. The workmanship was great and the room turned out beautiful. More then the way it looks is the renewed freedom it has brought my parents to move freely without trouble and to bathe at their leisure. This was the BEST thing we could do for them and we picked the right guy. We are truly happy with our choice in Sergio.

Sergio and his men are very professional and polite. He likes to say that he takes pride in his work and I'm here to tell you that he's right! Every morning he and his crew would arrive on time and get to work. What we apprciated was their cleanliness. At the end of ever work day, they would leave the area clean from debris and organized for the next day. In the end the fence looks fantastic and change the whole look of the house. We had neighbors ask us who had done it, because it looks so nice. Based on his work, we call on him again to remodel our elderly parents bathroom a few month later. That won't be the last time we use him, he's great!

In a nutshell, Sergio's work is top notch and he is a real professional. I had about 150 feet of fence replaced and Sergio's work not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. The work site was kept clean every day and the whole job was done much faster than anticipated. The work was so good, I asked him to add a gate, and he still finished it all on time and on the budget we agreed on. Very happy with his work. Sergio responded promptly with estimate and explanation of work needs to be done. From first contact to finish of project took Sergio less than a few days. Sergio is very responsive, helpful and professional. The work he did to rebuild my fence was top rated, I would definitely work with him again in future project.

Demo work and construction was done in just three days. He also matched the paint perfectly with the existing wall and curb.

Sergio has already done a lot of other work at my house but the complete kitchen gut/remodel was the "big one". The project grew as we realized how little of the existing was worth keeping, so the project included not only the kitchen floor but the living room floor. In my old house nothing is level nor square. Also there were many improper shortcuts made during a remodel about 25 years ago. From his prior work at my house, I knew that this project needed Sergios's ability to see the "big picture" plus his attention to small details. Also his willingness to communicate about the pros and cons of handling the inevitable obstacles (that occur on ANY project) along the way. It wasn't just the quality of his work that impressed me, but also his ability to obtain materials (flooring, windows etc.) for much less than I would have paid. He has a network of well-qualified tradespeople (electric, flooring, etc.) so he can scale up a project as necessary.

Sergio has come out two times for me, and I was very happy both times. I think was he very fair with his prices, communicated well, and worked very hard and efficiently. For the work he did for me, ADA compliance was important, and Sergio seemed to be very knowledgeable in this area. Also, he clearly is not one who cuts corners. It seems very important to him that the job is done right, which to me shows that he takes great pride in his work.

Sergio was very professional and his workmanship was impeccable. He is honest, and on time, which is hard to fnd anymore. Sergio was great to work with, and will always be our go-to contractor for any future projects.

Sergio was excellent to work with. Always friendly and easy to talk to . He explained what he was going to do, what material he was going to use and actually came out early to start the work. I was able to access his website to see other jobs he has completed and so I had a good idea of what my fence was going to look like. He finished the work in one day and had everything cleaned up and the old fence hauled away. Afterwards he went out with me to inspect the final results and showed me some of the techniques used to get the alignment right. This fence is going to last a long time and will probably never be a problem again for me.

The work was very well performed, Sergio and his buddy Benny are very meticulous and concerned about quality and details. They do not rush anything, and they are very pleased to explain every step if you're interested. We are so happy with their work, and the results speak for themselves. Sometimes when there's a big demo and install like this, new surprises will pop up, requiring some attention, which will cause a small increase in price. I really believe Sergio undercharges for these "changes" or surprises. I highly recommend Sergio for any projects around your home. I'll keep using him, that's for dang sure!!!

He is really meticulous and pays attention to detail. And he is very mindful of what we need, so he definitely puts the client first. He was pretty much on time, is very good at communication, and involved. The other thing he did was if I made decisions that were bad decisions, he would give his recommendations based on his experience, which was really helpful. He is really good at what he does and I would recommend him.
