They never showed up!

Did a fantastic job. Explained what was needed and what did not need to be done immediately, as well as what might need to be done if further problems arise. I feel much more comfortable about dealing with any future problems. Charges were extremely reasonable. Also there were no additional charges. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Had a ground trip on one of my breakers and exhausted my knowledge of electrical to no solution. I called Precision - Chuck returned my call promptly (within 24 hours as he does work:)) and we set a time to come over. He was right on time, and we walked through the problem areas. Before starting work, he gave me his rates for basic troubleshooting which are very reasonable. He found the problem in about 30 minutes, walked me through the issues and answered my questions with no hesitation. In the end he replaced one bad GFI, added a GFI where there should have been one, tested all the loads, and he was off. I appreciate the time he spent explaining the issue (time is money) - always helpful to learn more. Definitely will use again if needed.

It went wonderfully.

Working with Chuck and Sandra was great! Chuck came to do a bid for an old house that needed upgrading and recommended practical solutions, taking the time to explain. He is very clear and straight forward that I felt very comfortable working with him. Chuck works very neatly and precisely. He communicates well, even sending photos by text. He found live wires that had been tampered by a tenant, and took care of them for me and did extra things, like adding junction boxes to two light fixtures that he did not charge me for. He did a great job with the bathroom ceiling fan, even doing a ceiling repair after placing the fan in an area that used to have an oversize vent. All I had to do was paint over it. It made life so much easier working with Chuck. I didn't use the Angie's List coupon because Precision Electric already provided a quality service at a reasonable price. I would for sure work with this electrician again. Thanks again, Precision Electric!

There were several jobs, large and small over a period of time and all work was performed with a great deal of input on my part. Much of the work had to be customized to the structure. I would describe what I wanted and Mr. Fasulo would provide several options. The biggest job was replacing the knob and tube wiring in the older section of the house and installing a 2nd breaker box in the basement as well as rep;acing the existing basement lighting (large fluorescent lights) with smaller, more energy efficient fixtures. Oother jobs included installing GFI receptacles in several locations and updating lighting fixtures in all the closets. There was no unnecessary work performed, all work was done in a timely manner and the billing process was explained before work was started. I feel the at Mr. Fasulo does excellent work at a reasonable cost and plan to use his services whenever I need an electrician in the future.

I met him at a gym. He said he was an electrician and he told me of his business because he said I might need an electrician. He's good.
