McCoy Building, Inc. was referred to me by the electric contractor who rewired my house. He said Andy McCoy is one of the few contractors he will work for because he has high standards and many other contractors try to cut corners for profit's sake. He told me that Andy wants to do the job right - whatever it is. If you are looking for someone to do a quick and cheap job, Andy is not the man to hire. If however, you want someone who will be on the job site every morning to coordinate what his workers will be doing and to address any concerns you have, he is the one you want. If you want someone who has excellent communications skills, he is the one to hire. Some workers make you feel like you are the problem if you want any changes made or just wish to make suggestions. Andy always makes sure you are given choices about how you want things to look and work. In short, he is there to make sure the job is done right and the way you want it to be done. The workers he hires are all easy to talk to and are very skilled. The job he completed for me was beyond what I thought would be the end result . I am very happy I decided to hire him to do the work.
