They do not service Greenfield so I was out of luck, I wish they would have named themselves Maid Brigade of NORTHERN Monterey County so that I didn't have to waste my time contacting them.

I hired this company to do household cleaning on a bi-weekly basis just prior to the birth of my first child. The first cleaning was done very well and I had high hopes, but from then on, the service was terrible. The cleaning teams showed up anywhere from 3 hours early to 4 hours late for their appointments and when I called the phone number to ask where they were or to follow up on the late service, I only ever got an answering machine and no one returned my calls. Finally the owner's father got involved and came by to manage the team as they cleaned, because I was ready to cancel the whole thing. While he was there, the team cleaned well, but the two subsequent cleanings, I had to follow them around from room to room, to make sure they did their job. They would leave smears, smudges and fingerprints on mirrors, and blame it on their cleaning cloths. They would lean dirty mops up against clean walls, they would never vacuum under chairs, and would make snide comments about me in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand them. They would refuse to clean the microwave, saying it was clean, although I'd specifically left spots in it to see if they'd actually cleaned it. Whenever I asked for the form I was told by the owner I was supposed to sign at the end of each visit, documenting their completed job, they would look at me blankly and say that they didn't have it. I learned later that they had been reporting in their time sheets that they spent an hour longer in the house than they did. The owner was entirely unresponsive and the cleaning staff openly lied and tried to cheat us at every turn. The owner's father seems to be much more concerned about the quality of the work and the reputation of the business, but he's retired and the current owner has no handle on the business. Absolute disaster. And all of this was going on while I had my newborn to care for. I had never employed a house cleaner of any kind before, and used this one to help make the first few months with baby easier. Instead, I wound up with huge amounts of stress and the feeling of being taken advantage of every two weeks. Dreadful. I hope that this review helps another new mother to avoid the heartache and stress I had to go through.
