+ -1 moreA furniture installer was screwing anchors into the wall for a new cabinet. He hit the main feed line for the kitchen's electrical service panel. Nobody hurt, but power for most of house tripped off immediately with a strong smell of burnt wiring. I tried Angie's list for local electricians on the peninsula and called four. DiMaggio called back quickly from a job he was just finishing in Salinas. He came over about 30 minutes after my call and the repair was all done two hours later. I was impressed how quickly they devised a way to make the repair without tearing a huge hole in the wall. He's certainly become my go-to electrician for future work.
Description of Work: Replaced a damaged electrical wire in the wall of home office. Required opening an electrical panel, removing the main feed line up into the attic, spicing on a new replacement cable.
