WATERLESS TURF CONCEPTS

In the beginning Vic was professional and responsive. After shopping around and meeting other installers we agreed on a price and signed a contract. That's when the customer service ended. The day of the installation he tells me he "mis-measured" even though we measured the area together (twice) and that he needed more material. For the record he said he would show me the receipts to validate this which he never did. His guys did the the job in 1 day as promised but left some areas unfinished. When Vic came to get the remainder of payment I pointed out all the areas that needed to be fixed. He then gives me new bill for a total price of 25% more than we agreed; the area he quoted me did not change at all. After trying to reason with him Vic started threatening me that if I didn't pay then...he wouldn't finish my job..then it progressed to him saying things like if something were to happen to your yard or your house ect ect. Long story short I didn't have time/patience to deal with people like that. I agreed to pay him what I thought was fair to move on and he agreed to fix what his guys did incorrectly. It's been over 2 months and he has still not fulfilled his promise. Please don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT USE WATERLESS TURF OR VIC. It's worth the extra money to find someone else trust me.

Waterless turf installed turf in our yard - something we have wanted to do for a long time. We really liked the quality of the turf - it looks real - with different colors of turf mixed in. We have a drive way that is attached and we were never sure how to landscape - Vic gave us a great idea and the whole yard came together. Vic and his team are professionals and we are so happy with the results! Everyone arrived on time and did very good work. Highly recommend this business!

We had turf installed in late July, and have been attempting to get our issues resolved regarding the installation of the same ever since. As it is now, we have a large seam/line that runs across the installed area that looks very unprofessional. We were initially debating using another installer, now we wish would have not gone through Waterless Turf. We continue to try to get this resolved through Vic, but he has been very unprofessional in resolving customer complaints.

Vic's tone in his assessment of our transaction says it all. Disrespectful, defensive, and lacking integrity. The fact is that we had a verbal agreement that I would be reimbursed for damages caused to my sprinkler system during installation. To go back on that is not only bad business, but also bad character. I have video of the damage, and had a clear commitment that I would be reimbursed. This is something that could have had such a simple resolution. Rather than waste my time in small claims court, I'll leave this small business owner and his company to defend his character and that of his company, and to reap the benefits of doing bad and unfair business.

Waterless Turf did an amazing job. They beat out other competitors, and offered a more sophisticated design and system, including a focus on sufficient drainage and minimizing upkeep (via odor removal due to poor install/drainage). We installed their 'Tiger Turf Pet Turf', which will be used daily by two smaller dogs, two small children, and us... the parents. It's GREAT stuff! Feels very natural to bare feet, helps to cushion kiddo falls, and the dogs love it. Most importantly, it looks GREAT! We've already fooled a few friends that thought we had sod installed.
After two weeks of use, we can't say enough positively about Waterless Turf. They expanded our living space by approx 500 sq feet, allowing us to fully use our outdoor area... previously a patchy, dirty, dusty lawn, or a mud-box, depending on how much I'd tried to water and keep the grass alive. Now, it's a playground, and we're THRILLED.

The sale and installation went great. I did not have a single issue.

Vic came out and looked at the new landscaping I was doing in my backyard. I have a dog and cat that both go outdoors so we discussed his pet turf....stronger...prettier....helps with odors etc. Also comes in great colors. After deciding what we wanted he came out with his guys and completed it in 1 day. The leveled the area and then proceeded to install the grass. It is a very detailed job they do....going around plants...around pavers....putting in drainage system etc. It isn't just laying down grass by any means. His guys were really great...the whole team is. And the yard looks BEAUTIFUL.
