Very good. Service oriented. Phone lines can be busy, but staff gets back fairly quick.
Description of Work: Very knowledgable. Has many resources at her fingertips. When you need estimates for repairs she has reasonably priced architects and contractors to assist.

I was specifically looking for someone who was not only an agent, but who invested in real estate and who had experience in fixing up properties as this is what I wanted to do. Denice heads up this company which employs many family members. She is patient, helpful, honest and friendly through out the whole process. I have worked with her for a number of years and the quality of her attention to detail has been consistent throughout those years.
