We checked with 4 other contractors, and Isaac’s price was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper. He came timely and did efficient and effective work. More than that, when it rained lightly after he completed the job, he’s offered to come back for free to add another coat, just in case the rain impacted his job. He didn’t have to do it, but he wanted to make sure he got the job done well. Because of his honesty, integrity, and hard work, he’s going to be our first call for contractor work. "

The project took a few months and it went smoothly the whole way through. Quality of work - Weâ re picky people. Between my husband and I, we checked everything with a fine tooth comb. And at the end of it, even WE were delighted with what we saw. Cesar does everything he can to make sure you're getting what you want. And he delivers. This was apparent from the very beginning. Heâ s got the experience and know-how to achieve what the customer wants, and he really cares that youâ re satisfied with the work. I went to inspect the work and when I called them they said they never said they would do the work explained (even though they just texted me and told me they did it) They never completed the job, their workman caused severe damage to the deck floor with his ladder, and the over all work is a joke. Do some research before hiring them, don't be scammed as I was!"

I went to inspect the work and when I called them they said they never said they would do the work explained (even though they just texted me and told me they did it) They never completed the job, their workman caused severe damage to the deck floor with his ladder, and the over all work is a joke. Do some research before hiring them, don't be scammed as I was!"

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."
