VALLEY TURF

Description of Work: Called Valley Turf and spoke to Brian on Friday afternoon and arranged for him to come by late morning on Monday to give me a quote for filling in a hole in my backyard left from my removing a large DoughBoy pool that had a deep end. I also wanted the river rock I had placed around my yard used to partically fill the hole and the yard graded. Next I wanted to expand my existing patio from 10x14 to 18 x20 and finally a new fence on the street side of my house. I had received quotes from two other A rated landscapers which were @1500.00 more than Valley Turf plus Brian gave me a larger 24x20 patio for less money so I gave him the job. Since it was going to be 105 the next day, Brian asked if he could start that day. Within an hour they started the grading, brought in more dirt, and by that evening the hole wa filled and the yard graded, the frame for the patio built. He was able to get an early pour for the concrete the next morning and they also got the fence built except for the gate by early afternoon. They built the gate in their shop that afternoon and came back out and installed the gate early the next morning. If it were not already over 100 they would have finished that day.

Description of Work: Placed Sod and sprinkler system in backyard. Did good job and price fair. |They also poured a large patio and walk way in the back @2/12 years earlier and did an "A" rated job with that work. It was @$2100 for the cement job back then.

Description of Work: Valley Turf removed foilage (which was extensive) and graded the backyard, roughly a 16x40' area. They installed new pipe and sprinkler heads (rotor heards) Demonstrated the sprinkler system and installed the sod the next day.
