They were get respectful and made sure I was not only happy.... But completely happy removing a few smudges they missed by literally having to climb back on the roof..... And they did it with a great attitude! They didn't make me feel like I was being ridiculous at all . Highly recommend this company. I like that Carlos answers his phone and calls back. They, also, look for and report any window defects. They found two and my window company is working to get them fixed as they are under a lifetime guarantee. Great job. Right after they finished my hose popped a leak and sprayed one of my freshly cleaned windows. They were just pulling away when I chased after them. They pulled back in. Removed the screen and cleaned my windows... Again with a great attitude.

I love my clean windows! I highly recommend- the team is professional, educated me on "dual payne failure " (didn't know that was a thing) and offers a discount for a 6 month follow up cleaning- yes!

Carlos and his workers were punctual and Carlos outlined everything they were going to do. They are meticulous and the roof is so clean.They also clean the gutters and surrounding area. I am very pleased with their work and Carlos is respectful and polite.

MIC roof cleaning left such mess on my property that cost more money to clean. I couldn?t believe that any reasonable business person would do such to a customer. I have uploaded pictures of before MIC and after their roof cleaning. They washed the dirts from the roof all over my gate and backyard. I am definitely not going to hire them and I wouldn?t recommend them to others.
