I received a quote over the phone from Carlos for my house. He asked how many bedrooms I have and I told him 3. He told me it would be $100 to clean the inside and outside of the windows. Great price, right?! When he arrived, he told me that he should have come out to give me an estimate and that it would be $130 for the outside or $230 for outside and inside. I had an appointment scheduled the next day to have sunscreens installed on my windows, so I needed the job done that day. I told him to just do the outside. He ended up only charging me $100 for the outside, and he did a good job. However, I chose this company for the job because they were going to clean inside and out for $100. The company should have honored their quote. :(

Carlos is professional, friendly, thorough and prompt. The view through my windows now looks pristine and clear; not to mention absolutely beautiful.

Carlos and his Dad, cleaned my gutters, and all the windows (alot) inside and outside. They worked diligently, wiped down all the frames, and cleaned the windows and screens, never leaving a streak behind.. I have never had such clean windows from any one before. The were polite, and cleaned up after themselves... Praises for them
