MC Tile Installation

Henry and Manuel did a fantastic job on our tile. It was a big project and they got everything done in less than two weeks! Henry even came back about a week later to do some minor touch ups.

They did my ceramic tile floors but didn’t do any caulking and there are gaps between my baseboards and floor..plus didn’t finish installing the baseboards..they gave me how much to buy I was short bought more and they never returned to finish plus quoted us to do the bathroom. They were suppose to come on october 9th to finish and never called it showed up so now we are stuck with what we have..thanks guys like hope depot didn’t screw me enough.

Excellent service overall. Fair price and quick turnaround. Took about a day to complete the project. Quality of the work was excellent. Henry and Manuel are pros at what they do and will definitely call them again for future projects.

The work was excellent, and he always cleaned up everything after he was finished. I plan to hire him again in the future.

Carpet was removed creating a dust storm in my home. MC outsources the work to an independent contractor from Vallejo (120 miles away). They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's.

Everything Turned out to be exactly hoy I wanted it. Would hire again.

They were efficient quick and very professional and did a good I will be using them again for other projects the floor turned out great thank you.

Henry with MC Tile responded by text on 12-9-21 that I requested a quote. I texted back and described the job and sent him pictures of the area. On 12-13-21, he sent his brother, Manuel, to measure the area so he can properly give me a quote. On 12-14-21, Henry texted me with a quote of $1300 which I accepted, and we scheduled the work to start on 12-21-2021. On 12-21-21, Henry sent his work, Jairo, to do the work. Jairo did not speak English, but the job was completed on 12-22-21. I put in a sealed envelope $1300 and gave it to Jairo on 12-22-21. Jairo came back on 12-23-21 to apply grout sealer and Henry called and asked for $200 more which I gave to Jairo in a sealed envelope to give to Henry. On 12-29-21, I notice chunks of grout and white powder coming off the tile, so I texted Henry about the problem and sent him a picture. And Henry responded to let me know that he will fix it. On 12-30-21, I noticed more chunks of grout was coming off, so I sent Henry another picture. Henry texted back "Don't worry, I'll fix what needs to be fixed". Eventually, Henry scheduled to come back on 1-7-22 at 9am to fix the problem. However, morning of 1-7-22, Henry texted and said he had an emergency and asked me to reschedule to the following Friday 1-14-22 at 9am and I agreed. However, on 1-14-22, I waited till 10:05 am but Henry did not arrive. I texted and called him several times throughout the day to find out if he was coming and did not receive any responses. The problem has worsened as the day passes; more grout is coming off the tiles. I texted Henry again this morning 1-17-22 and he has not responded. The person who did the tile work used my flower pots as his garbage can leaving me with a lot of clean up in my garden. And he did not cover my black granite countertop before starting the work causing my countertop to get stained with white stuff which was a chore to clean up. Henry's quote included clean up and that they would take away all the garbage from the job

After a complete botched tile job by a previous party, Henry and his team came to the rescue and tore it down and made it right. Beautiful job, came out just like I wanted. They were always on time and even with shipping delays they kept the ball rolling. They were alway courteous and listened to what I needed. Relieved a lot of stress for me cause I know the job is done right. Will be hiring again. Very much appreciated.

Very professional and trustworthy. We had to leave the house and had them lock up after leaving and knew they were honest and had integrity. Manuel did a fabulous job and was meticulous and a very hard worker.
