Description of Work: Well, my range--oven--was showing an error message. Steve was very patient and waited and waited and waited for it to do its THING, but of course, it did not. Steve only charged for a service call and told me to let him know if it DID show the error code to let him know. I would definitely use Liberty again!

+ -1 moreMr. Trout came to look at the washer and said that he did not have the part in his truck. He returned a few days later, as stated, and did the repairs in a timely manner. I don't know if the price is good, having nothing to compare it to, but it seemed reasonable. Mr. Trout was very professional, called before he came over and showed up on time. I would call him again.
Description of Work: Washing machine agitator was not working properly and the lid needed adjustment.

They were professional and did not try to gouge me. I have had other companies come for the same thing and they are always much more expensive.
