+ -1 moreThe lady in the office was wonderful, they were extremely concerned and responded right away. They came right out and fixed the problem and even went so far as to reset her clocks for her when the repair had been completed. They were very nice and accommodating. Quick response, excellent service and nice and pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: I hired this company to replace a broken wire in a switch plate in my mother's wall. It had actually caused her to lose power in over half of her apartment. They had to troubleshoot to figure out what was causing the power outage in the first place. I truly cannot say enough about how at ease they made a stressful situation in my trying to take care of my elderly mother from another state.
