Frank's Landscaping

He came for an estimate, after a week he never sent it. So I texted him and asked if he had the estimate, he said yes and would send it to me as soon as he gets back to his office. Two days later he still had not sent it. So I text him again saying don't bother with the estimate. He texted me back sarcastically saying, oh well I have a lot of other customers. Why would anyone want to hire a guy with an attitude like this?

It is beautiful, the price was incredibly reasonable, and Frank and his crew were outstanding! Frank and his crew were exceptionally helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the installation. He patiently worked with us to make sure he was delivering what we envisioned, and he was always available to answer questions and make revisions (because of our own last minute changes) as the job progressed. We are also planning on installing a front sidewalk in the spring, and we will definitely be utilizing his services. This is the first step in the process of landscaping our back and side yards, so bear that in mind when you look at the landscape surrounding the patio and side yard. We're so excited for what we envision to be the end product. We highly recommend Frank's Landscaping, Inc.!!!

Very well, we are happy with the job and timing on the projects

They did my parents yard. The end result was beautiful but weeds started growing almost immediately. I don't know what quality ground cover they used. They didn't pre-treat the soil so that weeds wouldn't grow for 1 year. The yard looks terrible and embarrassing. They also didn't suggest a barrier between the property line and sidewalk. Kids kick and ride their bikes on the pebbles. I wouldn't suggest using pebbles as landscaping.

Frank started the job on time and his crew was very responsive to any questions that came up during the process. They removed multiple tree roots and laid rebar in the walkway and driveway to reinforce their work. They replaced sprinkler heads that needed to be moved and seeded the area around the walkway. The entire job took about 10 days to complete and Frank was in touch regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the work as it progressed. We would highly recommend him!

I sent an email to this company on 12/27/2015 and another one on 1/3/2016. Frank's Landscaping never replied. I believed I would have a better experience dealing with this company on Angie's List. I emailed Frank?s Landscaping about a year ago and had the same experience. If a phone call is the best way to communicate, the company should state this in their advertisement. No reply to a potential customer is not good for business.

Frank and his team worked hard for 3 weeks to complete this project. The front of my house was 100% lawn and devastated by the drought. We decided early on to tear out all the concrete including the driveway and replace with stamped and colored concrete. It looks great! One neighbor came over and said it was like being in Disneyland, which is the look I wanted. It was important to us to get the work done before the holidays (and hopefully the rainy season if we get rain this year). We went a little over budget due to changes I made, additional planting and boulders that I wanted. Franks labor and material pricing is very competitive. There are a lot of landscapers in the bay area, not many service Tracy, which is my home. Of those that did, most were booked up months in advance. As usual, Frank's Landscaping did an awesome job. The final product exceeded my expectations. Not only is Frank easy to work with, the crews he puts on the job are very competent, professional, and personable. Frank does all of my landscaping at my houses and I never call anyone else. I just call him on the phone, meet at the job and I tell him to send me the bill when it is completed. I have complete faith in Frank that his bill will always be fair and competitive with other landscaping companies. Over the years he has done many jobs for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone. It is nice to work with a honest and trustworthy person.

Bid was several thousand dollars higher than what other bidders submitted. Selected another bidder.

The final product was outstanding! The quality of the work preformed far exceeded my expectation. The crews that Franks employs are very competent, professional, and willing to do what ever you ask them to do. Besides doing some landscaping they also installed a big cement pad in the backyard. The workmanship for finishing the concret is the best that I have ever seen. I have used Frank's Landscaping many times in the past and each time I am very pleased with the final result. I would in a heartbeat recommendFrank's Landscaping to anyone.

They arrived on time for estimate, the price was also good, they arrived early to do the work, all the prep work was good, and the final work was awesome. They also cleaned up. Thank you for doing an awesome job. I would use them again.

Frank the owner showed up on time for the estimate, He was professional with great communication skills. I explained what i wanted and he also gave me his ideas, His ideas were better than mine, which i appreciated. He asked if he could come back that same day about 5:00 pm to give me a computer typed copy of the estimate, He showed up on time again, the price was perfect, His crew started the next day. His crew was also awesome. Everything went GREAT. I would use them again.

Frank was terrific. I'd love to use him again, but we only need the roses and the grape vines cut once an year, and he doesn't do that kind of one-off work.

It went great. My front yard was over-grown and the lawn was terrible. The ivy that grows up the columns near my front was so over grown, the vines were attacking my guests. They came out, trimmed all the bushes, tamed that ivy, trimmed & edged the lawn & did a great general clean up of my yard.

Frank is great. Shows up on time and doesn't stop til the job is finished

Started as very good service then it went bad quickly started breaking sprinklers and not completing service when asked to fix what he had broken he said he would fix and then never came back when I called I told him I would not pay last bill till all was fixed he told me f it keep the last payment and never came back

Frank is a good guy. He is fair and honest.

I kind of had an idea of what I wanted but frank had recently done another job similar to what I wanted. We made some small changes and It looks beautifulI cant believe the beauty of such a simple project. He added step lights stamped colored concrete and it all matches with our home color. I definitely want him to do more work, my wife wanted 2 small planter stands on each side of the steps and he did just that. Great job

I call Frank's Landscaping two times and left detailed messages. I was calling to schedule an estimate. It's been over two months and I never received a call back.

The mowing of the 4 lawns was every two weeks. It was fine and they did a great job. Would hire again.

It took the crew one day to excavate and form the area and another to pour the concrete. Beautiful job. The guys knew what they were doing. Definately professional.
