The gentleman who responded to the service call was very professional and friendly. We now have them service our home every other month.

They were great. Very professional, very friendly. He did leave some things out that the dogs got into. But overall, I have nothing bad to say. The price was reasonable.

We had a series of ant invasions in our kitchen and the spray can repellent was not keeping them out. In frustration, I Googled pest control companies and decided to contact B.J.'s Consumer's Choice Pest Control in Manteca, the only pest control company headquartered in our town. I called on Sunday afternoon (when they were closed) and left a recorded message. On Monday afternoon I received a call back and the technician came to my house to do an estimate later the same day. Unfortunately we were having rain that week so I had to wait until the weather improved for the outdoor treatment to "take". I called for an appointment and the technician returned to my home on Thursday (same week) to spray inside and out and to do a free lawn fertilization. The technician, Dennis Fessenden, was polite, prompt, well-informed, and professional. He provided comprehensive information and answered all of my questions. Two things I found displeasing about the service were that I had to sign a 13-month service agreement and I had to leave my house for two hours while it was being sprayed, then air out the house for 30 minutes prior to staying inside. I started quarterly service for $39, paid at the time of the first service, and will pay $96 per quarter for continuing service, including additional return visits if the pests are not successfully eradicated. The best part: NO MORE ANTS IN MY HOUSE!
