Description of Work: I took my friend to buy a washer and dryer. The service had two employee's out sick. Service was ok it was when they delivered the machines we had a BIG PROBLEM! The delivery guy hooked the washer up, it worked fine, for some reason HE UNPLUGGED IT AND LEFT? She called the store and asked why he did that. It was a mistake he made. He was already in Tracy, I live in Manteca, so he was NOT COMING BACK UNTIL HE WAS HEADED HOME!! WHAT UNEXCEPTABLE!! He made the mistake and now she had to wait the entire day for them to come back and plug it in? She is a senior citizen who can not pull the washer out and do it herself! She is very sick and has waited for two days for the set. For them to tell me it would be FOOLISH OF ME TO THINK HE WOULD COME BACK WITHOUT FINISHING HIS JOBS IN TRACY BEFORE HE COMES BACK TO FINISH HER JOB IS JUST RUDE! I WILL GO ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME!!
