Description of Work: Scott installed a Fujitsu ductless mini-split air conditioning system. The install went smoothly and, the system runs very nicely.

Description of Work: Scott and his co-worker performed maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system. In addition, they replaced the insulation on the air conditioning hoses and installed PVC pipes to redirect water from the air conditioning overflow valves into the underground water swales so that it would not continue to stain the cement. In addition they replaced a switch on the heating unit at no cost.

Description of Work: Replaced a fuse. Maintained the heater and then announced that cleaning the air conditioning coils was a separate charge. My feel most firms would have included this cleaning as part of the seasonal maintenance package. Sames this firm separates air conditioning maintenance from heater maintenance. |

Description of Work: We called when our A/C system started blowing warm air. Airway came out the next morning to look at the system and found a leak in the evaporator. Airway followed up with the manufacturer and replaced the defective unit under warranty (the system was installed by another vendor that I have nothing positive to say about). Airway also repaired a number of air leaks caused by the original installation. I am very pleased with Airway and am thankful to finally have an A/C company that I trust.

Description of Work: They worked on the central Heat and the air condition. Motor on AC burned out. He replaced in a short time frame. VERY SATISFIED

Description of Work: They inspected the house AC unit and found that it was low on freon. They cleaned the unit and put the freon in it, and tightening some of the fittings that were loose causing the freon leak.

Description of Work: On the first visit, they did routine maintenance. They did let us know there was a possibility that the condenser fan motor was rusting and would |eventually give out. Three weeks later we called them back to replace the motor as it went out. The A/C is working great now.

Description of Work: Our A/C stopped cooling the day after the hottest day so far this year. After searching Angie's List, sent messages to several and Scott was the first to respond. We scheduled an appointment, but due to my work conflict, I had to reschedule and was dreading the long(er) week with no A/C. When I called Scott, however, he made arrangements to come out of a weekend! He was very prompt, polite, professional and discovered a burned/melted "disconnect" box & fuses which could have caused a house fire! He had the necessary parts, quickly and efficiently replaced the damaged box & fuses. He replenished the freon, ran a series of checks on other systems and made sure the A/C was functioning. All that…and a great price, to boot! I will definitely use Scott & his company in the future!

Description of Work: Presented like a responsible company and if their price quote would have been lower I would have chosen them. I requested estimates from several companies for the same prepackaged roof unit and duct work. This company had the 2nd highest estimate and was over by $2000. Other than that the company seemed honest and dependable. They didn't have the ability to email estimates so I had to wait several days to receive a hand written copy in the mail. In this day and age I do find that somewhat unprofessional.

Description of Work: They showed up when they said they would and traced the problem with our wall furnace to a clogged filter. They waived the service charges because the problem was so minor.
