I called on Thursday because A/C shut down during an very hot afternoon. An appointment made for Saturday morning between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.. Received call on Friday afternoon to remind us of appt.. Scott called at 8 a.m. to tell us he would be arriving in few minutes. Very pleasant person. Answered any of my questions with easy to understand explanations. Our unit is about eight years old and has never had a preventive service done. Blanket of dirt covering the coils. Scott cleaned unit and added freon which was low.Will have Airway out once a year to clean and check the unit.

Arrived on time. Completed work in a timely manner. Gave a good customer discount! Very professional.

Wow! Outstanding service and professionalism through-out the entire project. It is rare that I can recommend a service without reservation. Integrity would be the word I would use to describe Scott, the owner, and his able assistant Doug. They kept us posted on what would be happening each day of the project. They accomplished their daily goals and finished the project exactly when they said they would. Both were very knowledgeable and personable. They take pride in their work and are committed to excellence as evidenced by the attention to detail and the little extras they threw in to make sure the job is up to their standards. The A/C had been running on its last legs for about a year. Finally, it seemed to have given out at the start of this current summer season. Airway Heating and Air ratings and reviews were impressive so I called and talked with Scott, the owner. He e-maileded me a proposal within a day or two and gave me the option of including a heater and evaporator as they were very old (at least 25 years old). The warranty on parts and labor were as good as anything I could find from anywhere else. After the installation, the house cooled from 85 degrees to about 65 degrees in about 15 minutes. Just amazing! I couldn't be happier and it's a great feeling to know the I won't have to worry about the A/C and heating for many, many more years. Scott explained everything in a straight-forward manner before and after the installation. He's one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

Scott answered my call himself and came to my house for an inspection the same day. I had gotten bids from 2 other companys but Air Way seemed to be the most professional and I knew they had a great reputation. The work was done exactly as agreed and the crew was very clean and prompt. I would certainly use them again and highly recommed them to anyone.

I found them to be very professional, informative and attentive. Both gentlemen did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. The cost was actually less then anticipated. I was vey happy with the service they provided. Our new unit was installed within 24 hours of the first service call. We were greatfull as the weather was very warm. On the day of installation they finished the job in good time and I was able to take a stats test that early evening. Overall I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for heating/ac services. He even came back a week later to test the system to make sure everything was running smoothly.

He was the best contractor that we have ever had in our thirty years of marriage. He was fantastic. He was very thorough. He even came back to the house when I was available to go through everything with me and my husband. He went above and beyond for us. He explained everything so that we could easily understand. He wanted to start early because it was a long job. He had to wait to start the work on account of us and was very understanding. He totally accommodated us. We would recommend him to anyone.

I've used Scott before on a previous job and he did a fantastic job so I called on his services again. They were punctual and professional. This was for a rental property and my tenants attested to their professionalism. He quickly assessed what the problems were, gave a fair price and completed the work within a couple of hours. The A/C unit now blows much better than ever before!

I was at a friends house and Scott happened to be doing some work there, my friend told me that he had found Airway Heating and Air Conditioning on Angie's List. I happened to need one! I called him later and he was out that afternoon. He identified the problem with precision, and worked efficiently with no mess! Great service!

I called Scott from Angie's List and set an appointment for the next day. He was able to make it earlier, which was helpful. He found the same problem a previous company found and bid it very competitively. He was able to perform the service within the same day and left the area as he found it. Scott also followed up with a phone call to make sure all was in working order. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again.

As mention above Airway's did a fantastic job , rates were very reasonable and Grandmother is warm and cozy now. Would not change a thing.

They were very prompt, honest, clean, and were able to communicate and explained things very clearly. I have 5 rental properties and I also own another home which I live in. I had them do work for me in my current home previously and they did such a good job I have had Scott from Airway look at my 4 rental units and do replacements in those units also. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the near future.

Everything went well. They were on time and charged a fair price. They were also very clean. They did a nice job.

Our 12 year old heater stopped working on a 34 degree morning so we very much wanted to get it fixed quickly by someone we could trust. We consulted Angie's List and decided to call Airway Heating and Air. My husband spoke to the owner, Scott Ledda, and arranged an appointment time in the late afternoon when I would be able to leave work to meet him at my home. Scott was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked hot surface ignitor. He had the correct part in his truck and the repair was done the same day that we called him. In addition to replacing the ignitor, he also cleaned the flame sensor. Scott noticed that we have a 4 inch filter, which is difficult to find in home stores, and he made arrangements for us to purchase a box of eight filters for far less than we have ever paid buying them one at a time. The total we paid for the part and cleaning the sensor was $315.00. The eight filters were an additional $120.00. The ignitor is waranteed for one year. No one looks forward to paying repair bills, but if you have to, dealing with someone like Scott makes it much easier. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and didn't seem to mind that I watched him do the whole repair so that I could give my husband a blow by blow description. He explained everything as he went along. We will definitely call Scott again for any heater/air conditioner needs that come up.

Our furnace quit working late on Saturday night. I called Sunday morning around 8:30 a.m. Scott arrived within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to immediately find the problem and replace the broken part. Scott also did a cleaning on the flame sensor. His price was reasonable, and he didn't charge anything extra for working on a Sunday.

I would recommend them to others. I intend to use them again in the spring.

He arrived just on time and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He fixed the valve and then proceeded to clean the filters and showed my mother where they were located and how to take them out and replaced them. He also went out and hosed off the condensing unit for her and showed her how to do that also, which is is very capable of doing. All in all it was a great experience and she thought he was very polite and seemed so patient with her since she had quite a few question to ask. He sat down at the table with her and they just had a nice conversation. I was there to witness all of this and my mother and I would give him a high recommendation to anyone. Excellent manners, skill level and overall just a great guy.
